The KI Group has its HQ in Manchester, England and in February 2008 is to open an overseas office in Nassau, Bahamas. The Group specialises in International, UK and European joint venture property transactions with both private and corporate partners. The Group consists of KI Partnership, KI Project Management (Europe), and KI Project Management (International).

Through its wealth of contacts, KI Partnership primarily joins forces with private individuals and investment consortiums who are looking for sites, partners or investors to become involved in prime realty transactions in the UK, Europe and the wider international market. KI Partnership will look to structure deals that are mutually beneficial to all parties.

The KI Group's business partners include high net worth private individuals, LLP investment funds and high profile hotel operators amongst others.

Under KI Project Management (Europe) and KI Project Management (International), the KI Group can offer its partners a complete project management package covering acquisition, arranging financing, construction management, marketing, sales and lettings etc.
